It has a fenced backyard and outdoor seating area. The laundry is downstairs near the garage along with a ½ bath. There is a 4th bedroom that serves as an office of sorts with room to add more furniture if desired. Itâs perfect for a WFH situation or study.The location Home is in a nice quiet neighborhood with Olympic Mountain view and a short walking distance to a park and nature trails. The subdivision entrance is a few yards from a bus stop, 4 miles from Factoria BlvdBellevue and easy access to I 405, I90 and nearby shopping centers on Coal Creek Pkwy.The rooms The rooms are unfurnished, 11.5 ft x 10.5 ft, and each have their own closet, and one window, one with a large sunny east facing window, and one with a South facing window and shared roomy bathroom. Me I am a female renter who has lived here 6 years, same landlord, and am looking to share a 1 yr lease with 1 roommate who is a working professionals also. I work 10 hr days, most days until 2pm and am pretty quiet.
