Renting out the bedroom and bathroom on the ground floor of my townhome. I have had several roommates in my home over the last ten years who have become friends and come back to visit. Access to kitchen and laundry on the main and upper floor. My high schoolaged son lives with me and we like to get to know our roommates but also respect privacy and downtime.
