I am looking for a roommate to take over that part of the lease from my current roommate. This is NOT a subletting post, as that is not allowed, but a looking for a roommate to move in post. That being said, here are the details. There is rent for 816person, and allows pets with a deposit. You would have your own master bedroom and bath with shower. The TV is set up with multiple streaming services and Roku. Internet and utilities would be split half and half between roommates. If interested, we would need to release, as I cannot sublease at this current place. There is also 247 maintenance and valet trash.
