Large kitchen, living room, shared full bath and nice sized back yard. We love working out, playing guitar, and trying new recipes. We are looking for someone who is in a growing stage of their life and we cant wait to meet you.Fully furnished home and room unless you prefer the room unfurnished.We love having community cooking nights where one or more of us cooks and we can share a meal together. Sometimes we all watch a movie together or play chess. They have 15 options for Korean BBQ and indian as well as Citynight KTV karaoke.We are 10 minutes from downtown Carrollton with 3 nations brewery pictured, nice coffee shops and other restaurants. This is a great spot for dates and musical events. The old town feel here is magical.
