The apartment is within walking distance of the eventful Historic town of Willamette. Itâs a quiet caring community. The apartment complex has been under new ownership for the past few years. The complex has since been remodeled with many new updates. Itâs now is 100 completed. I moved into a newly renovated and undated apartment next door to my old one of 14yrs. I have been hesitant, about seeking a roommate. As Iâm kind of a loner. Life times are changing. I would prefer to have a roommate between the age of 62 to 67. I donât use cable TV. I have internet with WFI services and stream my viewing via internet. If this is something important to you. The room is wired with cable hook up. Iâm open to sharing cost of Cable TV service and activation. The washer and dryer is in the unit. Itâs in my bedroom closet. My privacy is important in my personal space. Laundry time should be coordinated. Bathroom, Kitchen, Dining room are furnished shared areas. The apartment complex has many extra guest parking. Locked mailbox and public Transit bus stop on street out front . Both are visible from different sides of the apartment. My yearly apartment lease renewal is every August.
