My partner and I are looking to rent out the upstairs unit of our house. There are two bedrooms available, a loft, 2 bathrooms one half, one full, and a separate living area. Washer and dyer available as well. We are willing to rent the rooms separately but would ideally like to rent to a couple or individual interested in renting the entire space 600800 for each room or 1,400 for both. All utilities are included in rent except for electricity which will be divided between all roommates each month as it is the most variable. The house is located in the Historic District of Oregon City near public library, bus stop, and downtown.
