There is a full bath. 1 other person uses it but that all, very cleanI can do a short termPayment due on move in day. Proof of income would be helpful. Theres also a den area and a lounge area. If u do smoke theres a smoking area. No smoking inside the house. Vaping is ok thoughWasher dryer on same level. So is the bathroom. Private entrance if you need it. Security system by adt installed. We dont do drama at all. This is a happy atmosphere and it will stay that way. Please be able to pay on time. We work and are gammers here so we stick to ourselves most of the time.
