The five bedroom home is owned by a middleaged interracial gay couple with a medium sized friendly older dog and one other gay man renting our basement. Prefer EMPLOYED professional male or female who DOES NOT work from home. No smoking, no vaping, no drugs, no drama, and must be clean and relatively quiet. Room comes with full size bed, nightstand, dressers, ceiling fan, and walk in closet. Bathroom is semiprivate. The only other user would be the occasional house guest or family member visiting, otherwise its yours. Prefer at six month lease, but will consider renters who want to stay at least 3 months. Full access to kitchen, laundry room, and backyard deck, off street parking. Rent includes utilities and wifi. Sorry, absolutely no pets. References preferred but not required. Proof of employment required. 250 security deposit.
