Looking for a reliable and clean room mate in our 4 bedroom 2 bathroom home. We are conveniently located by the beautiful water and are surrounded by parks and have a local beach as well. We have 2 dogs so we canât accept any more pets. If you have small pets in cagestanks this is okay excluding birds My partner and I are taking the master you will have your own room and bathroom. We also have an office and a storage shed in the backyard that you are free to utilize. We are currently in the process of replacing our old furniture for new. You will have street parking. We are super chill to live with, we both cook and will always offer to share. We have get togethers sometimes and have a fire pit and a grill. We also love to play video games and would love for someone to join us!!We will be getting a second fridge just for you and will provide ample space in the pantry for you as well. Your bedroom and bathroom will be professionally cleaned before move in date. 150 Deposit required. Rent is due on the first of every month with a 3 day grace period and a late fee will be applied after 3 days. You may move in any time youâd like granted the deposit is paid.
