Hello! My names Isabel, and Im trying to find someone to sublet my room from May 1 to August 31 the lease is up September 1st. This is a 4bed2bath apartment with one bedroom available. The shared living spacekitchen is furnished with a breakfast bar type table and stools, plus two comfier chairs. The potstoasterrice cooker are free use as long as you clean up after yourself and dont leave other peoples things dirty. If you have your own cookware there is room to store in the cupboards. There will also be cupboard space for food. Ill be moving out, so the bedroom will be unfurnished and the closet empty. However, if youre in need of furniture and willingable to pay extra, I could leave the bed frame, mattress, desk, and potentially a 6cube shelf for a good price. The other roommates are friendly, respectful, and chill. All work full time. They dont have parties or come home super late making noise. Generally, they dont have guests over but youre welcome to! Electricheat is not included, but it should be low utility cost during the summer since the heating will be off.
