Hi! I am resigning my lease for my 3 bed1 bath in Mission Hill for 9120258312026 and am looking for 2 new roommates. The total rent is 4000 and is divided based on room size. The medium room more comfortably fits a full size bed, desk, and dresser with 2 closets and will be 1320. The smallest bedroom fits a full size bed and a desk with a full wall closet and will be 1200. ELECTRIC IS INCLUDED!! We pay the gas bill. The fees needed will be first, last, and security no brokers!!. When we signed the lease, our landlord was very flexible about coming up with a payment schedule that worked for us.We have a private deck and coin operated laundry in the basement 2 a load. 1 parking spot may be available for 200 a month and thereâs always permit parking on the street. Weâre a 3 minute walk from the Mission Park green line stop and less than 10 minutes to Stop and Shop and Walgreens. A little bit about me Iâm 22 and graduating at the end of next summer from Simmons with my degree in Nursing. Iâll be starting to work at the end of next year sometime between OctoberDecember. Looking for roommates who are respectful of the common spaces. I like having friends over so no problem with me if youâre looking to do the same, but communication is also really important to me!
