I live in walking distance to downtown plainfield in a rental townhouse and I have a unfurnished master bedroom with private bath that I want to rent out starting June 1st. I also will include the garage for your car since I have my 17 year old daughter living with me as well. Your share of the rent would be 1150 plus 200 for utilities and internet. My landlord would do a background and credit check. I am a professional and have a hybrid schedule so Im home Monday through Wednesday but my daughter and I are pretty quiet so we will respect your privacyspace. No pets and no smoking is allowed.
