Hey everyone!!I am Caio, I am 24 and am originally from Brazil but have been living in Chicago for almost 7 years now. I went to school at Illinois Institute of Technology for Architecture and have been working for an architectural firm in River North since graduation. I am a very chill and easygoing person, and often enjoy the nights out with some friends especially over the summer, but I do prefer the movie game nights indoors. I currently live in a 2 bed 2 bath apartment at the heart of the Loop in Michigan Avenue and am looking to renew my lease with a new roommate starting August 1st. I am looking for either a male or female roommate in their 20s or early 30s. The apartment is fully furnished so youâd only have to furnish what would be your room if you already have some better furniture than me, I wouldnât mind compromising on what you want to bring.The apartment has incredible views since itâs in the 34th floor, and the building has a lot of amenities that include a sun deck, indoor swimming pool, fitness and yoga room, laundry, and studybusiness rooms.A few requirements I have for my next roommate would be first and foremost to be clean and organized and I canât express enough how important that is, especially in the common areas of the apartment. Another important thing is that you are not allergic to cats, since I have this beautiful 4 yo cat in the pictures below.The share of the apartment would be 1412 per month and it includes everything even wifi except electricity which doesnât go past another 100month in the coldestwarmest seasons.Please reach out to me if you think weâd be a good fit!
