Im a 49 divorced guy working in the Fitness Real Estate industry. Im very busy with work and Im not at home most days. I wake up in the morning super early and I come back home super late. Decided to rent my 2nd bedroom so I can get an extra income to pay the mortgage faster, as interest rates are climbing up each day. Im not desperate for money, thats why my rental room comes with strict terms. Im looking for a CLEAN , QUIET, RELIABLE and one that DOESNT COOK a lot in the Kitchen. I have a beautoful white kitchen, I want to keep it like this. Youll have full privacy, your own full bathroom, as my apartment is a SplitPlan design, that means your room and my room are far away from each other and the living room is in the middle, so we both get to keep our complete privacy.The neighborhood is a great place to live in. Parks, Beach, Supermarket, Pool, walking distance to anywhere you want. The room will be available to rent from Thu. June 12th 2025 and until Fri Dec. 12th 2025 6 months lease. You have to move out on Fri Dec. 12th 2025 as I have family coming over to stay with me. The rent is 1,500 per month and to move in, I ask for first month and a security deposit. The security deposit will be given back to you when you leave, after we inspect the room together and nothing is missing and there is no damage. So total to move in 3,000 Cash only! I will give you a receipt for proof of payment and we will both sign a Room Share Contract prior to you moving in. A designated parking space is available for an additional amount of 50month.All Utilities TV Cables, WiFi, Electric Bill are included. Rent payment is due on the first day of each month. Any delay after the first day will incur a 50 penalty fee for each day. No pets and no overnight visitors. The common areas living room and kitchen are only for you and me to use, not for anybody else. I dont want any strangers in my apartment. I respect your privacy and I ask that you respect mine. I dont bring anybody in overnight and I ask that you dont as well. I hope you understand. I simply dont want to wake up or come back home and see strangers in my house, only the person Im renting the unit to. For me it makes a lot of sense, I hope it does for you. If not, I fully understand and you shouldnt be renting from me. Better to say it now, to save drama down the road. No movein of any furniture, only suitcases and personal items.
