I am looking for a clean, responsible, and trustworthy roommate to live in the smaller room of my two bedroom apartment. The complex is located in South Tampa, 5Minutes from the Air Force base, 4.4 miles from Bayshore, 20 minutes from the Tampa international airport, 15 minutes from downtown and 40 minutes to the local beaches. Rent includes internet, water, and trash. Electric is charged separately which would be split 5050 with me each month. I am open to pets depending on the breed and size, as I do have a cat.
