rent includes SDGE and wifi which is 30 a month. Im a working student who has successfully paid off rent for two years now. This is a small two bedroom next to a bus stop and down the road from many restaurants and civic areas. I am friendly and can chat, but I need some alone time sometimes, especially as Im working and in school. I wake up early in the mornings, as early as 67, and go to bed late. I can be as quiet as possible. Unfortunately if you are a very very clean person we may not work all that well, I procrastinate for up to a day or two with dishes. If you have issues Ill try my best to accommodate. Honed skills in respectful and emotionally mature communication through text or documents. I dont bring visitors and to be honest, I have adhd so to organize my thoughts i have to verbalize them. I speak to myself a bit. Other than that I make little to no noise. Past roomates had cats so it may still smell like cats. Room in cupboards for the both of us. Space available for your TV, just need help cleaning the couch first.
