Hardwired connections can be arranged.The room is on the opposite end of the house from the other occupied room, providing added privacy.Garage parking is not currently available but may be arranged after movein.Includes access to common areas living room, kitchen, dinning area, laundry which have commonstandard appliances available to use.There are two indoor cats in the house.To keep rent low and consistent, the renter must agree to adhere to restrictions on air conditioning and major appliance usage, especially during peak hours. Dont worry, you wont be uncomfortably hot. We just cant have it at 70 degrees in here all day.The room includes a ceiling fan and optionally a tower fan to help keep cool. The window has blackout curtains to limit outside heat.No smoking of any kind indoors. Vaping in the room is fine.There is no storage available. Anything you bring will need to go in the room.The room is not furnished. Options exist to have furniture included, please reach out for details.
