4 Bed 2 bath house in Scottsdale, Close to Papago park and walking distance from bike path. My sister occupies the master bedroom and uses one of the other rooms for 2 cats. She has a job and works. That leaves 2 rooms one of which I am renting out with own bathroom but not attached. Living room and kitchen. Backyard has a pool but unfortunately is not full at the moment but you wold still have use of the yard and patio if you are a smoker. The female living there smokes cigarettes. she spends most of her time in her room if she is not at work or at my house. The room can come furnished or unfurnished. Guests are fine as long as they are not spending every night. Feel free to ask anything.
