Hello, we are renting out 3 rooms with a shared bathroom! The house is a 15 minute walk to midwestern university campus and 4 minutes by car. The landlord will be renting the three bedrooms for 650 each that includes utilities and wifi if you are a collegeuniversity student. If you arent a student then it is 750 a month. The house is a 6 bedroom house total and there are currently 3 females living here. The house has a large pool and a dryer and washing machine. The cross streets are 59th and Union. The kitchen already has kitchen supplies that everyone is allowed to use! There is a standard poodle dog who lives here, but we arent taking anymore pets. A little about me is that I am 23 years old and currently a student at ASU tempewest majoring in biomedical science. We like to keep main areas cleanpresentable and we do not smoke.
